To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麥記小店不在人來人往的大街，但食物的質素吸引不少人慕名而來光顧。每次經過時間不配合未能幫襯，今次經過有點肚餓又有位，馬上排隊買嘢食😄小店出名上海美食，生煎包即煎起一碟 3件，上軟下脆包底煎得香香脆脆不油膩乾身香脆，包餡肉質鮮嫩爆汁，非常好味雲吞麵即叫即整～雲吞細細粒皮薄餡靚，餡料雖然沒廣東雲吞有蝦只有豬肉，但鮮味取勝食完一口接一口，麵是粗麵麵質彈牙軟硬適中，湯底鮮甜不膩不油～好味魚蛋、燒賣、腸仔、魷魚就比較一般，普普通通，醬汁沒什麼特別，只有醬油辣醬，不過不失。推介小店的上海美食，「生煎包」、「上海雲吞麵」很出色，下次會再幫襯「鍋貼」、「酸辣湯」，因見很多顧客惠顧，相信一定也是美味可口
