呢間係一間隱世嘅法國餐廳,點解?你上到來你就知,至少門口冇公司名。 但係一踏入這道大門口你就會發覺佢係一間非常有心嘅法國餐廳。 呢間餐廳喺銅鑼灣怡和街叫做Le Marron。首先我哋叫咗一打法國生蠔Fine de Claire and Normandy。 海水味濃而肉質鮮滑好有質感。我哋真正嘅頭盤就係無花果煎鵝肝。 鵝肝皮脆內嫩加埋佢哋嘅黑醋汁沙律, 好味。其後就係佢哋嘅法式洋蔥湯, 本人就覺得有小許過甜。但係見到佢哋用料十足, 依碗洋蔥湯又真係好用心去做。食完兩味餸之後, 就係佢哋嘅雪葩。 味道好淡而個樣好似一個乒乓波,但係擺落口裏面真係可以將所有食物味道溶化, 準備下一道菜。羊架是今晚嘅重頭戲。肉質鮮嫩多汁, 加上喺羊架上嘅鬆脆麵包糠, 口感好複雜, 又滑又有口 。好好味!我的甜品是芒果拿破崙。 皮脆芒果甜。 當擺入口嘅感覺,真係好百感交集,好有深度。呢間餐廳我一定會再嚟。價格中下但係品質中上,超值嘅餐廳。。。
