To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到深水埗行到咁入嘅內街有間隱世港式車仔餐廳，門口貼有明星嚟幫襯嘅合照。行經過比「車仔飯餐」吸引到，幾特別喎，試吓先！揀咗幾款車仔餸配白飯，有魚蛋、豬紅、雞腎，牛腩。第一次咁食，啱曬我老公。又鐘意食車仔麵嘅餸，但食麵又唔覺飽，今次配飯，湊米氣！而我就揀咗招牌葱油雞扒飯。葱油汁好香！雞扒啱啱新鮮生炸起，熱辣辣！外表香脆，肉嫩多汁，葱油汁飯撈埋半熟雞蛋汁，真係幾好味😋 本身唔太餓都一啖一啖食晒。煎餃子🥟都唔錯🫶🏻 兩面煎到金黃色好靚，首先要講係個皮唔韌，唔洗死咬。以煎食過煎餃子嘅皮好韌，用力扯，結果個皮爛咗，個餡跌晒出嚟😵‍💫 呢度食完全冇呢個問題。咬開，外皮酥脆到聽到聲，見到入面肉餡，皮薄餡靚，好味！

揀咗幾款車仔餸配白飯，有魚蛋、豬紅、雞腎，牛腩。
第一次咁食，啱曬我老公。又鐘意食車仔麵嘅餸，但食麵又唔覺飽，今次配飯，湊米氣！
