To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隱世的樓上餐廳

位於油麻地近電影中心附近，隱蔽係一座私樓入面，真係好少人會搵到上黎嘅一間西餐廳。每次黎我只會叫一樣野，就係軟殼蟹忌廉意粉，因為軟殼蟹炸得好香脆，仲要係大大隻原隻上，忌廉汁又滑又香又多(不過d 汁係晒個底到食之前要撈勻)，意粉又夠掛汁。另外男朋友叫左個雞扒大啡菇配薯菜，雖然菇嘅味道較淡，但雞扒好好食，雞皮煎得好脆卜卜，薯蓉都夠滑～呢到環境唔算太嘈，可以慢慢坐底傾野～不過有時因為得一位廚師同待應嘅關係，可能上菜落單會慢左d~同埋星期六夜晚會有本地音樂人唱歌，幾好聽架～想一邊聽歌一邊食飯都可以上黎～
