越南粉濃濃的牛骨湯底，加入了辣椒，蔥，洋蔥和青檸汁，帶少少酸味之餘亦有微微的辣味，飲落感覺幾清新。牛肉亦夠嫩滑，放耐亦不會太韌，不錯不錯！  下次會試下走地雞飯，好似都唔錯！
