食食食食食食食食食食,今日光顧左位於大角咀中匯街既漁民樂 , 門口賣相鮮明,以綠色做主意,應該係希望以健康新鮮為主,我亦好贊成健康既主題,因為本人係好唔中意食味精…咁贊下先,首先佢地有幾樣野做得唔錯既,就係火鍋配料既分量有少為大,中,小,三個級別,一問之下發現原來老闆希望客人可以一個人食火鍋唔洗一碟碟叫,食得幾樣就飽哂,特別安排火鍋配料分量為大,中,小,令一眾餓底都可以一個人食好多種配料,享受同慢慢食(>﹏<)一聽完,嘩,頂你個肺勁感動 。完全唔似其他火鍋店咁,呢到令我感覺到佢地真係,以人為本,以客為尊 。好啦,咁講下我試完之後最值得推介既美食啦推介1:大澳海山雞翼,用大澳傳統古法蝦膏和蝦醬醃製半日,沾上些許炸粉,落油炸,先用慢火炸至半熟,再推大火將油迫出雞和炸粉之外,令雞翼食起上來香脆嫩滑到一個點,所以外脆內軟,我比推介2::手切肥牛(厚切),中意牛味香濃既人一定中意,因為厚切既關係肉汁係表層完全熟透之後都依然鎖係肉既入面,一塊牛肉,Juice到咁,真係太好味 。推介3:又講下墨魚丸丫,墨魚丸講求既係,墨魚味濃,彈牙,比例均勻,有墨魚肉,係香港想食一粒靚既墨魚丸真係太
