今次再到訪呢間餐廳,已經換上萬聖節嘅裝飾,迎接萬聖節當日嘅慶祝活動,餐廳仲有好多一位香港藝術家嘅作品,充滿着成間餐廳,中間有張大長枱都係出自呢位藝術家嘅手筆,環境舒適,職員好殷勤,嘢食超水準,超級推介!哈密瓜帕馬火腿沙律無花果缺貨換上嘅哈密瓜非常清甜,火腿唔會太鹹,同沙律菜非常夾,仲有黑醋汁可以稍為解膩。吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自製羅勒油吞拿魚好新鮮,而且份量好多,夾埋口感清爽嘅牛油果泡沫,酸酸地,作為前菜非常開胃,比起出邊食到嘅吞拿魚他他,呢度無論係賣相定係味道都更勝一籌。和風醬油大蝦煙肉扁意粉和風醬油口味比想像中更出乎意料地出色,甜甜鹹鹹嘅醬汁估唔到同意粉係咁夾,大蝦爽脆有咬口,一隻都冇霉,仲有煙肉嘅油脂亦都帶出香味。香煎牛封門柳封門柳一向都係我首選食牛嘅部位,牛味重得來肉質又唔會靭,餐廳煎嘅火候啱啱好,鎖住入邊嘅肉汁,亦都保持到牛肉嘅嫩滑口感,而下面嘅薯蓉都好綿滑!Pearadise🍸Milk, Tea or Me🍹前者適合唔太識飲酒,但係想嗌酒精嘅人,好重梨嘅果香味,甜甜地,酒味非常輕;而後者嘅酒味比較重,亦都有酸酸地嘅果味。
