To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為有折扣優惠，最近試了幾間食店。這間是位於希雲街的拉麵店 ，在via tokyo附近。前後去了兩次，試了黑蒜油半熟蛋拉麵$90，白鹽蝦半熟蛋拉麵$85，北海道牛奶半熟蛋拉麵$85、海苔肉鬆年糕$38,手工餃子$38，黑木耳$10，燒雞軟骨$32, 其實每一款都幾好味。個人比較愛北海牛奶湯底，味道濃郁，半熟蛋味美，但叉燒卻略硬, 雞軟骨$32有4串好抵, 加上我選擇了半價時段，所以以上所有食物也有半價，真的超平！
