To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在外國住的朋友好羨慕我地，大排檔，茶餐室到處有，想食行落街一定有。我隨了去咖啡廳之外，茶餐室就是我經常留連的地方。情義結的餐蛋麺係指定要食。所用的不是祖國梅林牌餐肉，應該其他牌子，煎得好香。麵條就是兒時常吃的福字麵，雖然不及公仔麵好食，但好懷念喔！煎蛋有兩隻多。最搞鬼近期流行食材芫茜和紅椒絲放在麵上，睇起來整碗麵都高級咗。茶走味道不錯，茶底夠濃夠香。
