今日同朋友係中環去左食一間越南菜,餐廳的位置非常隱閉,如果唔係特登搵都幾難找。咁我同朋友就分別點左至尊湯金邊粉同豬頸肉撈檬share。咁其實至尊的意思係包括牛的各種部位,鮮牛肉片、牛柏葉、牛楠、牛丸、牛𦟌同朼肉。兩份粉都好足料,不論餸同麵都好多,不過味道就較淡。我同朋友都認為餐廳最好食的反而係秘製雞翼同爆炸雞。先講個炸雞,食落嗰下,啲肉汁係係口入面爆出來,真心好正,而餐廳俾左三種醬我地點,他他醬、明太子醬同秘製醬。我同朋友都最鐘意秘製醬,我估計應該係落左芝士、蒜蓉,食落甜甜地。雞翼同樣用左這種醬煮,所以更入味,而且雞翼係單骨,食落唔怕污糟。
