位於中環蘇豪區的意大利餐廳,附近一帶大多都是酒吧及多國菜食肆,去到近街角位置,就是這家主要供應意大利麵條及薄餅等的小店,入面位置不太多,燈光柔和、昏暗,播放著音樂,很有格調。Soup: Lobster Bisque with Hokkaido Scallop 這一客龍蝦海鮮濃湯,先呷一口,湯底濃稠,帶陣陣的龍蝦香;還加上一大粒北海道帶子。帶子煎香,表面都是微焦的。Pasta: Linguine with Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Lobster Cream一共有三大粒帶子,灑上了芝士,配菜還有野菌及鮮蘆筍,增添口感。每條意粉掛滿醬汁,不過龍蝦味道不太突出,味道偏向忌廉汁味道。帶子大大粒,肉質結實肥美,很有彈性。Dessert: Home-made Cheese Cake大大一塊芝士蛋糕,這款是較厚實的紐約芝士蛋糕,忌廉芝士味濃,甜度適中。
