通心粉經過後期製作,廚師好細心,將通心粉逐粒逐粒切,令到意粉更加掛到多啲汁,同時保持到意粉既彈性。我鍾意個忌廉sauce 唔會過分creamy,食到菇嘅鮮味。

豬鞍放入雪櫃風乾6-7日,再用櫻桃木煙燻30分鐘,再煎,聽到呢啲步驟已經感受到廚師嘅熱誠,同對食物嘅要求。

未食之前已經聞到煙熏味,食入口,豬鞍外皮同邊位好脆,但內裏係煎到粉粉地色,入口軟綿綿

有時又食嘢真係唔止食個味道,食埋環境、熱誠、餐廳嘅細心,佢哋呢間私房菜每一隻熱盤上菜,嗰碟都係熱既,唔怕食物好快凍。
