To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得在香港食到走地雞

今次第一次寫食評， 原因覺得隔水蒸雞的雞幾有雞味好似食緊走地雞咁， 味道唔錯同少味精，價錢公道低食，四十零蚊有湯同雞飯 ,仲有白飯任載， 因為原本帶著無期望的我， 點知一食便覺得有驚喜，好好味。 但又奇怪點解無乜人去食，唔同現在都市人無味精不歡？希望一間咁有心經營做雞的食店唔好咁快執笠，希望多d人去食下，因味道真的唔錯， 我讀得書少唔識寫食評， 只知好食同唔好食。 最後，本身無諗過寫食評， 所以無拍照， 請見諒！想食的朋友可以自己過去試下！ 真的值得一試！
