早幾個月開嘅重慶店,下晝我哋成班同事成日嚟食set lunch,啱晒我哋班嗜辣人士,不過就從來未試過佢嘅火鍋,所以今晚收咗工,就拉隊帶埋班鍾意食辣嘅朋友,一齊嚟試吓我地挑戰左個中辣,食落口唔係一味得個辣,但有麻麻地感覺,但唔會覺得好油;另外叫咗個老鴨湯,俾我哋緩衝下味覺,呢隻湯真係要讚一讚,我哋成班朋友一人一碗,唔係味精味,似係燉湯咁,飲晒再叫店員加湯本地牛肉好新鮮呢個係黑毛肚、鮮鵝腸同埋鮮黃喉,煮幾下就食得,好爽脆呢隻野生菇好特別,店員特別推介,自己用較剪,一棵棵剪低佢,放入火鍋煮幾秒就食得,啲菇好鬆軟,口感嫩滑係香港好少食到既貢菜,用萵筍根部曬制而成,食落口好爽、好清甜其他嗰啲都係一般火鍋店食到嘅食材
