星期日放假同老公去食茶餐廳🍴,餐牌有好多特色美食,有唔同地方嘅菜式,好多都係常見嘅熱門菜式。😻行入去嘅時候已經座無虛席,想食得開心,環境係一個決定性因素。周圍好熱鬧,好有煙火氣,鑊氣都好重😽!我order左以下啲菜式:孜然牛仔骨:牛仔骨已經用鹽、黑胡椒粒之類的調料醃過了,夠晒開胃惹味!🧂牛仔骨嘅肉質肥腴有筋腱,多汁耐嚼,帶骨一起煎的話,更香。🥩椒鹽龍王鬚:椒鹽鮮魷係茶記常見嘅小菜💯,魷魚下鍋炸至金黃色💛有咩人會抗拒脆卜卜又咸香既椒鹽鮮魷?!舊舊脆口到,咬落係聽到聲架~零粉感,鮮魷唔會過韌,調味剛好。✔️黃金脆炸魚皮:黃金魚皮深受歡迎,咸香魚皮而且脆卜卜,口痕時會吃不停!可以當零食單吃,簡直係我嘅最愛。💖青花椒烤鉗魚:口感軟嫩Q彈,肉嫩滑多汁,肉質細嫩綿軟,口感油但不油膩,搭配青花椒嘅味道好過癮,值得推薦。🉑已經唔係第一次嚟食,每一次都可以食到一樣嘅味道,一直keep到水準好唔容易,好鍾意呢度嘅氣氛同食物,有機會帶多啲朋友嚟食。💯
