唔講其他,食評只講食物,已夠差了。。我們這一家,2大2小,是日晚餐點咗:薯蓉青菜湯、白酒煮蜆、炸魷魚圈、葡國腸焗鴨飯,牛肋骨。等我續樣講:薯蓉青菜湯~ 其實係一碗忌廉湯加薯蓉,至於青菜~有嘅,三幾條囉!我認識嘅正常青菜湯應該係半透明帶微黃嘅湯(因有薯蓉),然後清晰可見滿滿嘅青菜,每一羹裝起都好多菜,再加少少煙火腿絲;但呢碗嘢一上枱,我仲以為佢比錯忌廉湯我!中間有一小撮菜,都唔知有無三條,再加切到好厚嘅葡國腸兩塊,完全唔係嗰回事!白酒煮蜆~雪藏蜆就預咗㗎喇,但雪到完全無味嘅又難得嘅! 碟嘢除有少少酒味,嗰啲貝殼類有蜆肉嘅咬口外,其他真係唔知點形容。。啲蜆係完全無蜆味嘅,啲汁又好少,食面嗰啲就無汁又無味,食到底又咸,碟嘢好細碟,但就有好多唔開口嘅蜆,淨係我自己一個用手打開都有10隻,未計我老公! 此足以証明佢唔單止雪藏,仲要係死咗一段時間先雪炸魷魚圈~ 剛上枱個賣相幾好,用义一拮落去就知“瀨”嘢! 剛炸起都可以硬到要用力先拮到落去,咬落好似炸過籠咁都係硬嘅,都唔知佢啲炸粉點調較。反而攤凍咗“淋”啲易食啲。牛肋骨~ 我寫食評同做人一樣都係持公平態度,唔好就唔好,好嘅都如實回報。呢碟牛肋骨係整

炸魷魚圈~ 剛上枱個賣相幾好,用义一拮落去就知“瀨”嘢! 剛炸起都可以硬到要用力先拮到落去,咬落好似炸過籠咁都係硬嘅,都唔知佢啲炸粉點調較
。反而攤凍咗“淋”啲易食啲。

牛肋骨~ 我寫食評同做人一樣都係持公平態度,唔好就唔好,好嘅都如實回報。呢碟牛肋骨係整餐最好食,牛味唔錯,又煎得啱啱好,唔靭又保留到少少肉汁,份量算多,有整整3條,再加一小筒薯條。呢碟係整餐飯最好食嘅,但係呢間唔係美式而係葡式餐廳,咁就好難攞分啦!

最後,係全餐飯最最最最難食嘅一道菜,我兩個女食一啖掉低,食到我老公講粗口!

)大家有無試過家企煮飯落少咗水所以生米?或者炒飯落少咗油又炒得太耐所以烘到啲飯乾哂? 呢碟自稱“焗飯”嘅嘢,入口乾到食一啖要飲啖水,唔係我驚啃親!成碟飯又係無味嘅,呀唔係,係有啲啲啲啲Tabasco味,炒起飯底,碟底有一堆如柴嘅肉,我估係佢menu所講嘅鴨肉囉,但我覺得佢“嚡”過我奶奶煲完湯嗰啲湯渣裡面舊瘦肉!

老公:xyz#&?! 咁難食仲要咁貴!

唔怪得晚飯時間,位於海運大廈當眼靚舖位嘅呢間餐廳竟然唔洗等位,只得唔夠半間有客。。。
