疫情以來,基本上甚少出遠門,連東南亞國家也去不了,像泰國,越南,新加坡這些以前經常到訪之地,都已經有數年不曾踏足,偶爾想起當美食,都會懷念不已。今天途經廟街,看到有越南菜館名“越萊”,想到久未嚐越南牛肉河之味,食指一動,馬上踏步進去。店面不大,但相當雅緻,入座時客人不多,但坐下之後,十分鐘內來了四五枱客人,不知是否由我带旺先點了一個開胃前菜魷魚圈沙律,再來小吃春卷一份,然後是我最喜愛的生牛肉河,還加了牛筋,沙律酸酸甜甜,開胃醒神,春卷不是平常吃的越南春卷,而是叫三岐珍寶蝦仁春卷,也相當不俗。主菜生牛肉河,牛肉大大塊,牛筋軟熟腍糯,份量也不少,吃得我十分滿足。至於人們常說的正宗不正宗,個人以為好吃才是大前提,你們說呢?
