今日又係食泰國菜嘅時間啦,屯門雅都花園經過左大裝修,今日嚟到呢度嘅象泰宴。泰式生蝦,淨係睇個賣相已經夠晒吸引啦,一隻杯裝住,而且醬料都分開兩種,一種係紅色,一種係綠色,綠色嘅比較香味重,但係紅色嘅就比較偏辣辣,蝦肉新鮮爽口,配上佢哋嘅都有醬汁,份外覺得美味。海鮮菠蘿炒飯,淨係睇個外相,已經覺得開心又吸引,成個菠蘿喺度做襯托,但係最緊要嘅係食落真係好有鑊氣,而且食到淡淡的菠蘿肉,食入口十分之有驚喜。軟殼蟹米紙卷,係我最鍾意嘅小食之一搭好皮好薄,而且新鮮包起,依然好有彈性,裏面嘅軟殼蟹,新鮮炸起,入口脆身,而且包得夠晒紮實,點上魚露食,好滋味。椰青膏作為甜品,一定係最好嘅選擇,青高佢有別於一般嘅餐廳,因為佢係新鮮整起,仲熱辣辣最緊要嘅係入口富有彈性, QQ地,份外滋味。
