灣仔區近來可真是非常熱鬧, 尤其以日本菜壽司刺身類別最為百花齊放。各店都以不同的特色作招來, 務求特圍而出。而其中位於灣仔道的"弘", 其二段丼早已是想拜訪之列中。 晚上7點時間尚早, 未出現排隊情況, 不過其後陸續多人起來。 餐牌內有多款二段丼選擇, 款款都看似不錯, 而最吸引同時又可吃到不同類別的食材, 目光必定落於二人前的"享丼丼"之上。 享丼丼 $488直徑有30cm的享丼丼分有上下兩層, 出場時已充滿霸氣, 用料頗多份量十足, 足夠二人分享。除最吸引的松葉蟹外, 還有多款刺身和前菜, 鋪滿整個大碗的上層, 色彩甚是繽紛豔麗。 先由前菜開始: 海膽豆腐和松葉蟹肉玉子燒 豆腐冰凍, 入口非常清新滑溜, 豆腐面鋪滿海膽, 濃郁鮮甜, 加上紫菜和芝麻粒, 味道很配合。 玉子燒十分厚身, 可能是處於冰凍狀態, 蛋味未算很突出, 蛋面附有松葉蟹肉和三文魚籽, 鮮甜之中又帶點鹹香。 然後到: 刺身刺身有五款: 池魚、油甘魚、三文魚、八爪魚和帶子, 款款均是厚切。 池魚鮮甜而帶魚油甘香。油甘魚魚油較少, 魚味較輕淡, 勝在魚肉彈牙。三文魚很肥美, 八爪魚彈牙, 而帶子鮮甜。若嫌

原隻松葉蟹已預先拆件, 不用自己動手解剖, 非常細心。先吃蟹腳和蟹鉗, 蟹殻已輕輕破開, 輕易地把整條蟹肉起出, 豐富多肉, 每口盡是蟹肉, 非常滿足。
