今晚有朋自遠方來,由港島區嚟到新界區當然要帶佢食啲好少少嘅嘢啦,呢間餐廳係我覺得值得推薦比朋友的。今次又嚟到呢間要自助式開枱、執枱嘅餐廳,我地人少少,但都叫了4餸1炒米,3個人埋單$355,都算係咁啦,碟碟都夠晒份量,飽到食唔晒。 薑蔥霸王雞,第一次喺度食霸王雞原來咁好食喎,點解啲雞肉可以咁淋咁滑架,好好食呀,簡簡單單配有薑蔥嘅香味已經好足夠。士多啤梨骨又係我愛食之一嘅菜式,酸酸甜甜嘅士多啤梨醬好開胃,配煎至剛剛好嘅金黃色腩排甘香可口,小朋友應該都喜歡食。椒鹽鮮魷,呢度嘅椒鹽菜式亦都做得好出色,炸得金黃香脆,鮮魷彈牙而不過火。瑤柱海味粉絲雜菜煲,捨得用蝦干而唔用蝦米,亦都有健康嘅木耳和腐竹,呢個雜菜煲又係無得輸啦。今次唯一令我失望嘅星州炒米,雖然比之前大碟,賣相都好吸引,但味道好淡無咖哩味,個服務員聽到我地話無味後,佢即刻幫我地攞入去再炒過,但都係去唔返之前嘅水準。
