繼到過尖沙咀,青衣,深水埗的潮福後,這次好友約局到大埔的分店來個蒸汽鍋晚餐;盡管大埔對我相對來說位置較遠,但好友叫到就答應前往!一行四人相約七時在東鐵太和站相見,各人都先後到達,就一起步行至酒樓;剛巧這晚天氣轉涼,沿途飄著微雨和一陣陣大風吹過,所以正好用蒸汽鍋來驅驅寒意!七時半左右來到酒樓,只見場內都是標準的中式酒樓設計,但餐桌椅鋪排闊落,且通風抽氣做得好,置身其內感覺相當舒服!我們目標是蒸汽鍋,所以直接地選了任點任食套餐;在精選海鮮類方面,大家商量了一會就有一致結果,於是就落單了!落單後,最快上來的是蟲草花燉湯;燉湯的調味較淡,但瘦肉與雞爪的油份都逼了出來;所以喝起來以淡淡的蟲草花味配上較濃的肉味,但效果又頗平衡;加上熱度的支持,也不覺油膩!前菜另一主角--脆皮乳鵨隨後也上來了;不知道是否跟套餐的問題,說真的這乳鵨的皮炸得不算很脆身;但皮下的肉質保持到肉汁鎖在裡面,咀嚼起來口感嫩滑,加上調味得宜,挽回了不少好感!前菜吃得八八九九之時,當晚的主角就逐一出場;有計時器的檯面,有織藤的鍋蓋,全都為了恰到好處的海鮮蒸煮過程!打頭陣的大蜆,貝殼表面光滑,看來處理得很乾淨;經適時的高溫蒸煮,每粒

總結此餐,有如此精選靚料海鮮食材,又有質素十分高的任食素材,與好友們一起以一個相對合理的價錢享受了一頓愉快的晚餐,實在開心!
飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予2杯,以蒸鍋食物來說值得極高程度的推薦!
