之前同女友黎左呢間位於灣仔鐵鐵燒試吓新嘢,食後之後一直都念念不忘,今日有時間就打返我嘅飯後感啦。我哋點咗呢度嘅套餐  「椿·席前鐵板燒」,除咗份量十足仲充滿驚喜! 前菜 - 醃蒜 芝麻醬菠菜 蟹肉豆腐一上菜已經俾個擺盤精緻嘅程度吸引住,侍應仲好貼心咁教我們由比較淡嘅豆腐食起,最後先食酸蒜。同時都好欣賞料理師傅為客人精心配搭嘅呢個前菜組合。味道從淡到濃,就好似專登為呢餐飯拉開一個序幕咁。個人比較鐘意蟹肉豆腐,淡香嘅玉子豆腐加上鮮甜的蟹肉,after taste 個鮮味真係回味無窮。另外酸蒜個蒜味無我想像中咁重,反而比較偏酸甜,蓋過蒜嘅味道,食完都唔怕口臭。季節沙律除左醬汁多咗少少之外,食材都好新鮮,雞胸肉應該係慢煮處理,入口好juicy好滑。整體上味道都幾唔錯。刺身三款日式料料又點會少咗刺身,不過係鐵板燒食到咁新鮮嘅刺身又真係幾難得。每一款刺身都係厚切,每一啖嘅油香都令我哋有講唔出嘅滿足感。南非鮑魚非常新鮮,所以唔洗點落調味反而完美地呈現左海嘅鮮味白鱈魚煎得外脆內嫩,保持左肉汁。大蝦睇得出又係好新鮮,鮮甜而濃郁嘅蝦味又係食過翻噚味。A5和牛薄燒最期待嘅主角登場! 廚師將炸蒜同蔥炒後,再放

日式料料又點會少咗刺身,不過係鐵板燒食到咁新鮮嘅刺身又真係幾難得。每一款刺身都係厚切,每一啖嘅油香都令我哋有講唔出嘅滿足感。

南非鮑魚
非常新鮮,所以唔洗點落調味反而完美地呈現左海嘅鮮味

白鱈魚
煎得外脆內嫩,保持左肉汁。

大蝦
睇得出又係好新鮮,鮮甜而濃郁嘅蝦味又係食過翻噚味。

A5和牛薄燒
最期待嘅主角登場! 廚師將炸蒜同蔥炒後,再放呢塊肥美的A5和牛包起黎。嫩嫩嘅牛肉充滿了肉汁,配上脆脆嘅蔥蒜,一啖食落口嗰種那雙重的口感…實在令我覺得人活著實在美好喇~

食到呢度菜,我哋基本上都已經好飽,所以就將佢拎走做第日Lunch!

甜品 - 焦糖吐司 牛奶布丁
呢道甜品係菜單入面無嘅,係「阪神」為顧客準備嘅小驚喜! 吐司烤得好鬆脆,而且符合亞洲人嘅口味,唔會太甜。牛奶pudding 同樣都係唔會太甜,非常嫩滑,配上酸酸甜甜嘅藍莓同藍莓醬,平衡返牛奶嘅溜。

呢餐飯雖然唔便,但份量同質量絕對對得起佢嘅價錢。成個格局又好feel,咁正嘅餐廳我又點可能淨係食一次。必定翻兜!
