上次試咗黑高湯, 今次就揀白高湯配葛粉絲, 白高湯係以魚淆製而成, 但係一D都唔腥, 個湯亦有魚嘅甜美, 食到最後重食到幾舊魚肉, 葛粉絲仍是我至愛, 煙煙韌韌有口感, 個人認為白高湯配米線或陽春麵會夾少少, 葛粉絲配用牛骨淆製、味道較濃嘅黑高湯會較配合, 同行友人就分別揀咗黑高湯葛粉絲同黑高湯陽春麵, 黑高湯嘅藥材味會重少少, 同樣會食到有少少牛肉, 總括嚟講D高湯水準高, 就連平日食湯麵唔飲湯嘅我都飲晒成碗湯就知喇!!呢間小店另一特色之處就在於佢嘅點心, 所有嘅餸都係用迷你點心籠去present出嚟, 細細籠, 所以可以叫多幾款試吓!! 酸梅炸蝦丸 - 蝦丸好彈牙, 外層炸得非常香脆, 內裡就有爆汁嘅酸梅汁, 偏甜但我喜愛!!柱侯牛腩蘿蔔 - 炆得好入味, 牛腩唔算太肥, 蘿蔔索咗D汁係亮點蓮藕鹹魚肉餅 - 可能係鹹魚嘅關係, 個人嚟講覺得鹹咗D, 亦略嫌炸得太乾, 如果用嚟配飯會夾D, 配麵會有少少怪怪地......芥末墨魚球 - 其實我係唔食Wasabi嘅, 但食落都OK, 係有少少攻鼻, 而個墨魚球的確係真材實料, 好有"趙"頭!!蜜汁豬頸肉 - 必食推介, 雖然係豬頸肉,
