To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身住葵涌區，差唔多食勻所有本區小菜餐廳都發現唔到有一間特別好食。偶爾聽朋友提起青衣有間幾好所以一試，一試就愛上咗呢度，到依家已經去過幾次，從未有一次令我失望。老板每日都會搜羅新鮮食材，有時會有餐牌上無嘅驚喜美食。最愛豉油皇大蝦，送酒一流。麻辣鷄煲惹味，韮菜甲血香口，藥膳醉鷄碢夠滑😋。重有就算煩忙時間都唔會催你埋單走人，唔似得葵芳嗰間金XX厨，未放低筷子已經埋嚟執抬趕你走。喺瑩瑩工房食得舒服自在又開心，就算搭程的士過嚟食都值得。👍
