To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環好多地方都特別多人，行過中環街市對面，見到呢間店廚窗嘅燒味好新鮮，入去試下就發現價錢好合宜，單拼同雙拼都係$55，仲有例湯或者飲品。於是揀左金牌四寶飯，都一樣$55紅腸、叉燒、雞同燒肉，仲有隻咸蛋因為大肚餓，唔記得影雞同燒肉，佢哋俾紅腸遮住左。整體燒味好新鮮，叉燒汁多，肉質鬆軟，燒肉皮香脆，雞肉好滑，當然有蔥油，咸蛋黃都好靚。例湯夠火喉，如果唔要湯，可以揀凍或熱飲，凍飲另加$3呢度都幾抵食又好乾淨
