回歸寧靜的星街,還是有值得捧場,值得一去的餐廳!就如 Maison ES, 一間䇄立多年的法國餐,是夜跟好友慶生,順道聊聊大家的近況。環境美侖美奐,滿眼😍都是打咭靚位,相機影過不停😂😂有個戶外的小空間,舉辦小型派對或商務活動都十分適合。點餐後,隨即送上暖暖的法式餐包 Brioche,塗點牛油🧈,已經很不錯。佳餚配美酒,一杯法國汽酒,頓時令情緒高漲起來 🥂🍾🥂前菜是喇沙墨魚麵,整個設計概念是來自星馬的喇沙湯麵。將墨魚🦑切成條狀作麵條,配上喇沙汁,搖身一變,即成了法式 fusion 菜。墨魚切得透薄,刀功一流;口感軟軟零韌度,抵讚 👍👍前菜二是招牌和牛他他,在牛肉他他內加入了四川口味的花椒油,配上魚籽溫泉鵪鶉蛋,富地方色彩的牛肉他他就出場了!主菜法式銀倉魚,煎香的本地銀䱽,鋪上蒜蓉、豆豉及法國蜆仔;底下是日式甜豉油、法式牛油及蔥花泡沫做汁,是道極度講究的高級豉汁煎英䱽!😂😂😂另一份主菜是法國鵪鶉 ,屬於二食菜式。花雕鵪胸卷拼脆炸鵪鶉脾,前者酒香淺淺肉感綿綿,後者則是迷你炸脾,品嚐它的原身肉質,是一道多重味覺享受的菜式!甜品是士多啤梨🍓乳酪慕絲,乳酪慕絲上是自家制的紫蘇味雪糕,再配上富崗的新
