To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

勇記海南雞飯不嬲都多人排隊，星期六3:00到要排隊不過相對少人，食咗發現真係平、靚、正之選，唔怪得知咁多人慕名而來泰式鳳爪🐔 （$38）份量都唔少，已去骨，食起上黎好方便，調味岩岩好，夠哂酸辣，超級開胃☺️海南雞喇沙🐔 （$76）雞會另上👍🏻，喇沙嘅香味都幾夠，有椰香味🥥，微辣，唔想食飯可以揀喇沙海南雞飯🐔 （$66）雞嘅份量都唔少，雞皮嘅顏色會偏黃，可能用左南薑黃薑來醃製，重帶有有少少鹹味，雞肉非常之嫩滑，已去骨👍🏻，油飯有中上水平，泰式秘製汁係個靈魂，超級惹味☺️，喺上環嚟講真係大件夾抵食😊凍檸茶🍋 （+$3）晏咗嚟所以冇晒椰子雞湯🥲，檸檬茶都OK嘅，中規中矩
