To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上推介呢間餐廳食材新鮮，咁我就好期待去試吓我地book左7點，坐低之後老闆問我地要咩湯底，我揀左藥膳湯底，之後就order食物，湯底15分鐘上到，第一轉order既野就已經嚴重漏單🤬🤬過左半個鐘都未到所以我order第二轉，點知都係漏單，仲要係漏同一樣嘢(膳片.牛波子.牛鞭.脆肉魚片)之後我決定唔寫紙order直接同服務員講要咩，當我第四次叫膳片嘅時候佢話賣曬🤬🤬🤬😡😡任食？2小時？時間尚早當到8點左右，餐廳營業時間至到一點，咁快冇貨點做生意？過左一陣我朋友話見到隔離檯上左一碟膳片，唔係冇貨架咩？餐廳完全唔老實！又漏單又要講大話話冇貨，真係好失禮，唔會再有下一次！如果大家想食真（任食），建議去其他餐廳
