Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非一般嘅茶記

一直好懷念一間特色嘅茶餐廳,以前成日都食，因為呢度嘅菜式好特別，唔係一般嘅茶餐廳。餐廳嘅裝修依然係同以前一樣，但係今日lunch嘅時候，菜式嘅選擇依然包羅萬有，午市好多套餐，下午茶都有好多選擇，店舖亦都比以前擴充左，依家已經有幾個鋪位咁大，不過覺得品質有啲退步。斑腩係凍嘅，一啲都唔熱，個豬扒意粉亦都冇乜驚喜，唯獨是鮮茄豬潤湯飯，湯底好甜，相信應該加左茄膏，豬潤都滾得剛剛好，唔會鞋口。但係最想食嘅豬天梯就冇以前咁好食啦，冇以前咁爽口。

 斑腩係凍嘅，一啲都唔熱，個豬扒意粉亦都冇乜驚喜，唯獨是鮮茄豬潤湯飯，湯底好甜，相信應該加左茄膏，豬潤都滾得剛剛好，唔會鞋口。但係最想食嘅豬天梯就冇以前咁好食啦，冇以前咁爽口。
