一走進店舖, 予人感覺很舒服, 整潔. 這家餐廳老闆引入 世界流行的'Steampunk' 先進泡茶技術,原理同蒸餾咖啡一樣,用蒸汽泡茶,使茶味更出,芳香撲鼻。上茶給人客時不用傳統的茶壺裝茶,而係用'beaker' 量杯裝茶, 感覺特別 ^_^

店舖員工介紹食物時有禮及詳盡,據了解該店大廚原本為米芝蓮餐廳廚師, 專長為'分子料理', 份量少少又精美, 最合適各位女仕上班族 ^_^

今日先試午餐 ($148 前菜+主菜+茶), 

Starter 前菜: Carrot and Coriander Soup 胡蘿蔔香菜湯, 味道清甜而不膩 ^_^

Main Course 主菜: 慢煮多寶魚配大蔥及甜薯球 Slow-cooked Turbot Fish with Braised Leek and Sweet Potatos Ball, 廚師加入海鹽在新鮮多寶魚柳魚上, 配以大蔥一齊食, 清甜不腥, 甜薯球分別以紫心蕃薯,黃心蕃薯做成, 細小像珍珠球般, 對於愛吃蕃薯的我, 似乎有點唔夠喉, 想再吃多一點呢 ^_^

飯後甜品(連午餐食只加$20, 原價$42): Pistacho Hazelnut Medley 開心菓榛子蛋糕, 榛子praline cream蛋糕上 加入開心菓仁碎粒, 味道頗匹配。

飯後茶當然要試佢啲Signature Tea : Steampunk Blend 調配茶系列, 當中共有6款, 員工話最多人試係 The Tea Academics Blend 石榴洛神花普洱茶, 泡茶師 以 'Steampunk' 先進泡茶技術, 原理同蒸餾咖啡一樣, 用蒸汽泡茶, 使茶味更出, 芳香撲鼻。 上茶給人客時不用傳統的茶壺裝茶, 而係用'beaker'量杯裝茶, 感覺特別 ^_^ 

Dessert 共有四款: 分別為 黑與白,紅,棕,黃。 員工話最多人order及最好食係 黃'Yellow' $88 (Coconut Cream, Jasmine Glass, Jasmine Tea Sorbet, Pineapple Carpaccio, Puff Pastery) 第一眼看着這個甜品, 感覺精美, 苿莉花茶sorbet 配以新鮮菠蘿薄片, 再加上椰子cream同puff pastry, 口感層次豐富。

此外, 店內還有Muffin, Scone, Tea set 及 Dinner set, 全店總括來說值得再來試。
