To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地6個人,夜晚想食大排檔,就揀左長沙灣既大中華。大中華飯店同普通大排檔有少少分別,佢係以特色小菜做賣點。普通既煲仔菜唔算好多。好幸運地,我地8點鐘去到,即刻就有位。我地叫左土匪雞,南乳吊燒鱔,臘味煲仔飯,黑椒鐵板豬手,豉椒炒蜆,豉汁炒聖子同埋蒜蓉油麥菜。油麥菜略嫌太淡,下次唔用蒜蓉黎整。炒蜆同聖子好入味,南乳吊燒鱔外脆內軟,黑椒鐵板豬手熱辣辣好好味。最正就係個臘味煲仔飯,又香又好味。臘味飯係大中華入面係必定要食的。
