To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非典型乳豬三寶飯

是日路過中環，當然要去龍記食返個燒味飯先繼續。龍記是很多中環人嘅飯堂，以前我都一個星期大概會食１，２次。今日黎得到，就食豐富D，整個乳豬三寶飯再加海蜇！喺龍記叫燒味飯嘅技巧係，除非你有一兩樣野係好想食，如果唔係一般都係叫N寶飯係會抵好多。但係分別就係N寶飯俾嘅燒味係會有uncertainty嘅，例如今日依個乳豬三寶飯加海蜇，一黎到，我心入面都呆左一呆。因為乳豬三寶飯加海蜇，除左"乳豬"同"海蜇" 係fix左之外,，其餘竟然係得到燒鴨 (一般係雞) 同 燒排骨 (一般係叉燒)！可以話真係估佢唔到。應該係話依個亦都係龍記食咁多年都會有樂趣同新鮮感! 哈哈
