To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直聽聞澳門咖哩王新鮮腩非常之出色 ,果然名不虛傳，今日就和朋友來試試兩大張menu, 看前看後樣樣都很吸引，樣樣都想食。繁忙的午飯時間未到，還不是太多人。老闆見我們有選擇困難症，行過嚟給我們一點提議十分喜愛蘿蔔的我，咬一口，不得了。蘿蔔入味又淋，帶點酒味嘅湯底簡直可以飲清光即煎酒糟肉餅肉餅很普通的菜式，外層煎得香口，内裡肉質鬆軟不特止，帶點酒味，又加了洋蔥粒。一口一口，肉質像溶化在口腔中蘿蔔清湯牛腩牛味濃，鬆軟。澳門咖哩薯仔牛脷超鬆軟的牛脷啊！不厚，肉地爽滑。咖哩汁不是現成的，店主說是他們自已研製，自磨的。果然，與別不同炒牛河大大件的牛肉，但一樣很鬆軟，一d也不硬。紅豆冰想不到店鋪除了自家製嘅牛坑腩，咖哩出色外。紅豆冰的紅豆都是那麼用心製作。極之認真有誠意的食店，店鋪乾淨，老闆好傾，廚房用心製作。一定要再來食其他野呢！
