To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常出色既車仔麵店

佢有好多款俾大家揀，除左一般既餸之外，仲有較特別既豬大腸、炸魚皮、豬頸肉、鴨腎等。另外，各種餸既選擇都好多保證，仲有唔同既汁可以選擇，朋友們都好中意佢既麻辣同咖哩辣，可惜我唔食辣，但佢都有腩汁俾我揀，味道亦都相當唔錯。如果大家揀唔定食咩餸，麵店仲好體貼咁設定左兩款組合俾大家揀 – 大尊和細尊，價錢亦都好抵。如果想午飯時間去食，又唔想等位既，大家要預早少少時間過去，因為呢度真係好爆。今日我就集中揀左比較清淡既蘿蔔、紫菜同紅腸，味道全部都相當唔錯。
