To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫得做海南雞皇，當然唔少得食海南雞啦😊 不過自從最愛果間泰式海南雞結業之後，我都少食咗😷

最近發現依間係西九龍中心既小店有唔少好評，而且只係$40🤤 就算萬一唔好食都唔肉痛🤣

中午去到，人都算多不過都有位😊 驟👀飯同雞既份量都比得幾多，$40真係幾抵👍

試啖雞湯，嘩！夠熱夠濃夠味👍 唔係一般既湯水，而且附送一隻雞腳🤣

主菜個飯都夠味，加少少辣醬同飯一齊食仲好味👍 🐔係剛剛熟，鮮嫩粉紅色狀態，咬落去真係好耐冇食過咁滑既質感♥♥ 有少許接近以前我喜愛既味道。
