To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道生意難做,所以好少會投訴或者寫啲唔好嘅評論!但係呢一間真係奉勸大家唔好去🥲除非你想貼錢買難受!一去到嘅時候,朋友們想揀比較平嘅任食set ,店員已經話暫時未有要等,所以無奈地揀咗最貴嗰個set! 而且話碌卡機有問題淨係收現金!一坐低口罩都未除就已經問雞煲要咩辣!好似好趕時間咁!雞煲到咗3分鐘之後,佢哋就馬上將個雞煲移去個碟度,再即刻問要咩湯底🥵呢個時候其實朋友都未到齊~ 食緊嘅時候,全程啲店員同老闆態度都好奇怪,總之就係好想你快啲走! 去到大概8:33pm 左右~ (即係入咗之後 1 小時20分)店員就話last order! 咁都明白嘅,朋友們就話等等,因為我哋成枱都係嘢! 跟住再隔幾分鐘即係大概 8:40pm, 店員就問我哋要咩雪糕!咁其實休息時間應該係兩小時,即係我哋其實仲有半個鐘頭左右!我就問店員,其實我哋幾點要走,可唔可以俾個實際時間我等我有個預算。店員就話「差唔多㗎喇你哋而家要走!」8:40分其實距離我哋任食嘅時間應該仲有32 分鐘!之後佢哋好快就拎張單過嚟叫我哋埋單,然後買單嘅時候佢哋係收咗我哋book位嘅人數,唔係收我哋到齊嘅人數!所以大家記住小心check 單!去

其實喺香港任食都食過好多次,無論係打邊爐定係燒烤,通常都會好禮貌咁話俾你聽入座時間同埋幾點鐘要走。你唔會好似佢哋咁不停咁吹你! 最後埋單連服務費每人$327!呢個價錢食物係佳寶嘅質素,而且男仔只有六至七成飽,但係都冇乜心情去食😇
