To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常不快的經歷,想不到要一碟 “普通的辣椒油”,都要收費港幣$5。。。 在用餐中要求要一碟辣椒油,係普普通通的辣椒油, 並不是XO醬之類的貴價嘢,但侍應話如果要辣椒油要叫潮州粉果先可有免費辣椒油。結果我們叫了一個六人餐,餐內有6個潮州粉果,再次要求侍應比碟辣椒油,但侍應只配給一碟細細辣油,就算叫部長到來,態度依然惡劣。真想不到一間有規模及價錢中上,位於尖沙咀的酒樓,會咁計較一碟普通的辣椒油。對此,感到非常失望
