To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得放紅日，可以與家人飲茶，嚟呢間係因為佢嘅點心水準穩定，服務吾差，一定吾會掃興。我飲茶必食嘅就係蝦餃，呢度嘅蝦餃蝦好多蝦，全部都係蝦肉🤩新鮮彈牙😋🤤蝦腸就係原隻大蝦仁，如果鍾意食蝦的話，呢2款點心可以話係必食 🥰潮州粉果配🌶油，好夾。流沙奶黃包吾係太甜，最難得係個包就算凍左都好食 🤭鮑汁鳳爪同鵪鶉蛋燒賣都冇令人失望。
