To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炒麵去了的靠得住魚湯靚粥，試試食品的味道如何。 蠔仔粥, 油皇炒麵，一夾便碎了，辛苦的夾了一些放進口，有很重的醬油腥味，水放得太多，麵也很軟身，完全沒有「炒」的感覺，明顯是，雖然炒麵是用大鑊一次過炒再上碟的，但 再吃了蠔仔粥，粥底非潮州粥般稀，是稠的，應該是一般粥的粥底，有單才勺給客人，但蠔仔粥配普通粥底，而蠔的味道未能入粥；粥底味道還是可以的，不太咸和帶點魚湯的味，值得讚是味精不多，吃過也不覺得口乾，但略嫌不夠滾燙，米漿和米粒不太明顯，雖然易入口，但沒有了粥的質感， 太貴了。
