To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與好友Elaine相約拍攝黃昏日落，美景未到美食先嘗。有粟米的面包，好友說是咸包，好味道喎。我的牛角包雖然是室內溫度，但都很香脆。我們在面包店外的椅桌享用，好友頻頻說美味，食完翻尋味，又進入店舖楝多兩款面包分享。我也添購果汁飲品，我的金奇異果汁有清甜果味。我們準備繼續享用之際，忽然要「走鬼」！原因面包店沒有安裝「安心出行」，客人不能逗留過久。我們只好移步到海濱長廊繼續享用，方形面包是很濃香咖啡味道，圓形面包面有朱古力內含有栗子蓉，甜甜蜜蜜的味道。吃畢面包都很飽，多謝好友請吃麵包，跟著尋覓大自然美景，沒有時間吃晚飯，面包當作晚餐好了！
