大慨是從完成首爾之旅回來之後,開始愈來愈愛上泡菜的味道,本來只能吃得到"小辣"程度的我,也竟然能在韓國吃完整鍋愈吃愈辣的"部隊鍋"~覺得有點點不可思議~~!!!星期六,一行3人特地走到TST,嘗嘗這令我愈吃愈愛的味道。進入小小的店子,坐位不多,但店面整整齊齊,沒有豪華裝潢粉飾,卻很有韓式家庭的感覺。一口氣點了四道菜,KIMCHI PANCAKE:口感像極了平常在酒樓會吃到的煎薄餅,多了泡菜的味道,一點都不辣反而愈吃愈開胃。STIR-FRIED RICE CAKE PASTA:韓式的炒年糕比上海的煙韌有嚼勁,配上泡菜﹑椰菜絲﹑蘿蔔絲一起炒,香辣中帶有少少甜味,一如在韓國吃到的味道~GOOD!!POTATO STARCH NOODLE STIR-FRIED:地道的韓式炒粉絲,粉絲比較粗身,炒得好惹味呢~STONE POT RICE MIXED WITH VEGETABLES & BEEF:正宗的石頭飯,端上桌時侍應會把熱辣辣的飯餸拌勻,每粒飯都沾上牛肉汁,香味四溢~好好味~如果牛肉的份量再多一點會更滿足~!!韓國的小店每道菜份量也不多,兩至三個人SHARE食剛剛好可以多試幾款,吃得出家庭製

一口氣點了四道菜,
KIMCHI PANCAKE:

韓式的炒年糕比上海的煙韌有嚼勁,
配上泡菜﹑椰菜絲﹑蘿蔔絲一起炒,
香辣中帶有少少甜味,
一如在韓國吃到的味道~GOOD!!


POTATO STARCH NOODLE STIR-FRIED:
地道的韓式炒粉絲,
粉絲比較粗身,炒得好惹味呢~

STONE POT RICE MIXED WITH VEGETABLES & BEEF:
正宗的石頭飯,
端上桌時侍應會把熱辣辣的飯餸拌勻,
每粒飯都沾上牛肉汁,
香味四溢~好好味~
如果牛肉的份量再多一點會更滿足~!!

韓國的小店每道菜份量也不多,
兩至三個人SHARE食剛剛好可以多試幾款,
吃得出家庭製作用心的溫暖味道~
