成日見到朋友打卡📸既一間餐廳,今次終於輪到我食喇。韓式美風係香港比較少見,唔知能唔能夠為我地味蕾帶黎新刺激呢🤤。手工泡菜芝士波 $118 我覺得幾特別,以為佢係個飯波🍙,但可能用左意大利米,所以無咁實,質地比較鬆散同芝士🧀份量好足,有輕微拉芝效果。外皮炸得好香脆,本身加左辣椒片都有少少辣🌶,沾埋泡菜蛋黃醬,味道多左重酸辣,幾有趣既組合。芝心MARU大哥配金芝邊(+ $36) 10” $146成個pizza🍕金黃色好靚,用上兩種芝士🧀,相當邪惡同濃郁。餡料係偏少,雞肉🐤比較鞋,有啲位咬唔開,但食到燒烤醬醃料。批邊既蕃薯泥🍠唔算好多,只係少少帶過,反而個忌廉芝士搶左佢既味,仲有芝士焦脆邊,不過食完可能會有啲膩。泡菜海灣芝加哥 $213望落饀料就無餐牌張圖咁澎湃,但都相當多芝士🧀,可惜哩種mozzarella就無咩芝士味,似香口膠多。而餅底用左泡菜蛋黃醬,但味道就無咁出,成個pizza🍕比較淡口。最重味同值得一提係個批邊,有蜜糖🍯味道甜甜地,而且焗得好香脆,成個餅底部份都搓得薄身。半半炸雞(蒜香甜辣秘製炸雞 & 蜂蜜牛油秘製炸雞) $223蜂蜜牛油味🧈🍯係味粉撒係上面,但下面層雞無左粉,就

半半炸雞(蒜香甜辣秘製炸雞 & 蜂蜜牛油秘製炸雞) $223
蜂蜜牛油味🧈🍯係味粉撒係上面,但下面層雞無左粉,就好似原味,建議拌勻左再上碟。蜂蜜牛油甜甜地,係幾夾同中和左啲啲膩。🧄蒜香甜辣味比平時韓式甜辣無咁辣🌶,只係BB辣級數,而多左陣蒜蓉香味。而主角🍗炸雞都熱辣辣又脆口,唔會皮肉分離,只係肉質好似買大細咁,有啲都叫juicy💦,有啲就又鞋又老咁。
