To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺旺角做嘢做到夜，想搵啲嘢慰勞自己，咁啱見到韓燒九點半後八折入咗去食。氣氛好好，似韓國街頭小店，一條條抽氣伸落嚟，少少懷舊、幾warm。✦ 泡菜豆腐湯足料，好多豆腐、泡菜、配菜，味道濃郁，每啖嘅尾都有hint of泡菜嘅酸辣味。好開胃、惹味。 ✦ 和牛拼盤好睇又好食。木盤係牛嘅形狀，載有美國上肩胛肉、美國牛小扒、美國下肩胛、日本A4背峰/上腦肉/牛肉眼、1++韓牛肉眼、澳洲和牛頸脊、澳洲和牛舌等。顏色鮮豔、牛味濃郁、紋理清晰、肉脂均勻。可以配搭生菜、夾泡菜入口，口感豐富。 ✦ 蜂蜜原漿米酒有特色，係韓國傳統飲料。入口順滑厚身，配搭蜂蜜後味道略甜。份量唔少，飲完好暖肚。食晒咁多嘢都唔使五百，性價比甚高。
