在灣仔和朋友一起逛完街經過了利東街便想起之前吃過的韓國餐廳,最近喜歡了吃韓國菜,今晚便介紹朋友一起去吃。餐廳點菜前會先奉送了3道前菜, 牛蒡, 泡菜, 中華沙律。香烤蒜粒醬油雞翼粒粒香蒜與沾上醬油的雞翼上碟,雞翼外層烤得很香脆,咬落口感脆卜卜而且醬油味道很惹味。春川石板辣炒雞肉及年糕熱辣辣石板能保持食物的溫度,雞肉和韓式年糕一起用醬油炒得很入味,味道甜甜辣辣加上韓式年糕煙煙韌韌好開胃。傳統豆醬海鮮湯韓國豆醬是很傳統的用來製作成湯底,和鍋裡的海鮮一起煮而成,全部的海鮮也吸收了豆醬精華,每一淡湯味道鮮甜,海鮮份量也很豐富。雲呢拿雪糕伴合桃糖甜品是我的最愛,雲呢拿雪糕伴著不同款式的合桃糖,越食越滋味。
