香港韓國菜始祖,我會諗起阿利水。以前尖沙咀未有咁多韓國餐廳既時候,阿利水經常坐無虛席,仲要一早訂位,但時至今日,晚市黃金時間依然walk in 有位,可想而知韓國菜競爭有幾激烈。 相隔一年再黎,餐牌依舊不變,沒有花巧既芝士排骨,芝士章魚燒,繼續堅持傳統既韓國菜式,呢個堅持值得一讚。所以今日我都食番以前食過既菜式,可以比較一下水準。牛肋骨 $250必食之選!之前每次黎都會食呢個,咁耐以黎水準依然keep到!牛肋肉好軟綿,完全吸收左湯既甜味,每一啖咬落都係咁juicy多汁。湯中仲有年糕同紅蘿蔔,兩者都係非常腍同入味!泡菜煎餅 $150煎餅口感軟身,兩面未有香脆效果,但沾上醬汁後變得惹味,而餅中既泡菜份量亦唔少。水冷麵 $120水冷麵上有多片肉片,但質感乾身,當以為平平無奇無咩驚喜既時候,一啖冷麵改變左我既想法!冷麵有久違了既煙軔口感,每一啖都咬得好過癮,而味道酸甜口感冰涼,夏天唔想食熱野既時候就最啱食呢個!
