To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然明白到這裏是酒吧形式，因為音樂當然是會比較大聲，但是如果這間餐廳決定做西式晚餐的話，就應該將音量降低，配合返食西式晚餐的客人，而不是淨飲的客人。希望這間餐廳新中考慮自己的定位！晚餐來說，這個前菜不錯，吞拿魚他他配合chia seed是十分健康，有口感芒果凍湯也10分特別，鹹鹹地。意粉食得出是手工製作的，形狀獨特。這個就正常發揮。總括而言，這裏食物不是問題，反而食物相對較好，但是這間餐廳需要考慮的是它的定位究竟是什麼，如果想要音量大的話，請不要做西式晚餐的客人！如果想做西式餐廳的客人，就請訓練員工有西式餐廳的服務。
