今日去左 #敏華冰廳要排隊先有得食,排20分鐘左右會去食係因為朋友個朋友話呢度既沙爹牛麵係全港最好食,咁去開附近就順便一試沙爹牛麵,估計佢用福字麵,正常味,比出面食的偏辣少少,單食塊牛肉就係咸左d,完全感受唔到朋友所講的【全港最好味】個常餐跟個炒滑蛋反而有d驚喜,好香,好滑,濃蛋味,呢個常餐要48蚊,實屬無下次相反個【敏華黯然銷魂飯】我就覺得值,53蚊個D飯係用靚米,食落特別看個叉燒又juicy,好似話現場燒,而且是半肥瘦style,唔係一舊肥一舊瘦,係似人地雪花肥牛果中半肥瘦叉燒,大大舊,啖啖肉,加打孖2隻流心蛋,蛋黃漿配頭抽加靚飯,特別開胃因為要分半個常餐俾個女食,所以叫多個新鮮出爐酥皮蛋撻,我先可以唔空虛,新鮮出爐一定好食,個蛋都香同滑,不過,個人更喜歡餅皮最魕是朋友叫左個叉燒通粉,個通粉湯底有誠意,我女都追住人地個通粉食,如果要食常餐,建議叫叉燒通更好

相反個【敏華黯然銷魂飯】我就覺得值,53蚊個
D飯係用靚米,食落特別看

因為要分半個常餐俾個女食,所以叫多個新鮮出爐酥皮蛋撻,我先可以唔空虛,新鮮出爐一定好食,個蛋都香同滑,不過,個人更喜歡餅皮

最魕是朋友叫左個叉燒通粉,個通粉湯底有誠意,我女都追住人地個通粉食,如果要食常餐,建議叫叉燒通更好
