To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上6:45已經到,已有8成坐滿,好在唔駛等。一行三人叫左3小菜一湯,好大碟,好好味。食物選擇多,招呼都OK,佢會係我地屋企人的週末飯堂抵食亞絲平時好咀刁,但佢居然主動話要去呢間野食,講真,頌富商場內真係冇咩好食既食店,想找河`點新鮮食店也很難,不過亞媽果然好介紹,抵食好味,特別係個魚頭煲,成隻手掌甘大,又厚肉,煲底又有燒肉、燒豆腐、大"沖"真係回味,仲食唔完,要打包飯屋企。
