To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每年我哋大家都會搜羅一些好餐廳一齊慶祝big day, 昨晚我的至愛姊妹們揀咗hugo's, 一進入餐廳發覺燈光比較昏暗有情調，但四人餐枱略為較細，對拍拖情侶比較適合。 但食物質素超正非常好味。佢哋有一啲4個courses同6個courses嘅set dinner. $1388 ~6courses 但現在銀聯鑽石卡有promotion, 買一送一好超值。我哋選擇咗6個courses另再開了一枝红酒， 美酒配佳餚實在太好了
