中環食肆林立 今日就試下呢間開業兩個月既浪人店內環境寬敞仲有陣陣香氛味 可能只係六點幾好多打工仔未放工 所以我地成為第一檯客!店內設有bar檯同普通檯,想睇師傅大顯身手可能坐bar檯。而我地想傾下計就坐卡位啦!我地好欣賞佢地會用竹簾分隔每張檯以增加私隱度,而服務員都好貼心地幫我地用椅套蓋住外套以免整污糟 落左單冇耐野食就到喇 未食先望到呢個五色蕃茄已經係享受!用上三色蕃茄,橙色較甜、黃色較脆、紅色較香茄味。先嗒一口梅汁凍,梅子獨特酸甜味使口水分泌爆發,再食埋清新蕃茄,原來係絕配!非常欣賞雜錦刺身-帶子、油甘魚、左口魚、三文魚子、三文魚、吞拿魚。個人本身好怕腥,特別係紅色既魚,真係少少唔新鮮都食得出。而呢個雜錦刺食我食得出真係好新鮮,特別個油甘魚同三文魚好肥美魚油味好香,而左口魚配上酸汁好爽口一見到兩大片海膽已經流口水,入口甘香!溫泉蛋好滑配上濃味高湯啫喱幾得意既配搭,我建議先食左海膽因為啫喱好濃味會蓋過海膽味石籠燒呢道菜幾得意,師傅係將露筍挑空再釀蝦肉入去炸,上菜覺得好似藝術品一樣!蝦肉幾彈牙粉漿好薄熱辣辣鐵板鹿兒島和牛 緊記要快手夾上黎唔係好易煮過龍!鹿兒島和牛唔算好重牛味但非
